How to do a hard reset (which will erase everything) on a Motorola Q
Select Start | System Tools | Master Reset
This works with newer Q’s, but some of the older ones don’t have this option, for those… I am not sure what to do.

M Q’s display is stuck and for some reason it starts counting from 255 to 0, the unfriendly staff of verizon asked me to do hard reset by pressing the 5 pointer key and off button at same time , nuthing happened
