You can always use the Master Reset from system tools, or just make sure the Q9h is off, then hold down E and Z on the keyboard, then turn on while holding the E and Z. That’s it.
I’ve been trying to reset my q9h but the ez button reset isnt working. When my phone starts up its stuck with a reminder that repeats itself over and over and over and wont let me do anything else. so i gave up and decided to clear reset the phone. but i’ve read a few guides and they tell me to hold “e” and “z” then power on the phone, my phone shows a black screen with an AT&T logo, then goes to the power on 3G network video thing, then windows mobile screen, then to the actual phone. The guides tell me to let go of “e” and “z” after the screen comes on, but im not sure when that is? do they mean actually turns on? or when the phone’s finally through all its startup screens? cause it WILL NOT reset either way. if you could provide a very detailed version of this i would greatly appreciate it, if this dosnt work im out of ideas
