The reset for the Epix is quite simple, under the settings menu, there is actually an icon that say “Hard Reset”. Click it, then follow the prompts. The default code that worked for me was 0000. If that doesn’t work, someone changed it. You will then be prompted to type 1234 and continue to accept the command. You’re done!
